<p>There's no hook on the Hook from Blackroll. Well, there is, but it's extremely functional and helps you turn your living room into a gym. And even if you travel a lot, it will help you not to neglect your workout.</p><p>With the Hook, you have a practical door anchor to hang your fitness bands on. In doing so, it cleverly uses a Mini Flow fascia roller to jam the hook. You can also use the mini roll (15 cm long) to roll out your feet and arms, for example.</p><p>The hook works with most door models and fitness bands.
