With its tip and tail rocker and cleverly designed wood core, this touring ski is specially designed for high alpine adventures.</p> <p data-start="753" data-end="1177">Thanks to the semi-cap sandwich construction with a paulownia wood core reinforced with carbon and glass fibers, the Ubac 89 offers a remarkable blend of lightness, torsional rigidity and stability. It is particularly robust when made from changing snow conditions. The front rocker provides flotation in deep snow, while the classic camber under the binding offers precise edge grip on hard surfaces.</p> <p data-start="1179" data-end="1498">With a center width of 89 mm, the ski remains agile enough for steep ascents and narrow channels, while at the same time impressing on the descent with its smooth running and directional stability.
