<p class="" data-start="254" data-end="708">The Ultimate S 3.0 Ferrata via ferrata set from LACD offers cleverly designed technology for via ferrata routes of medium to demanding difficulty. The shock absorber used is made from high-strength UHMPE fabric and has been tested for people weighing between 40 and 120 kg (including equipment). The design enables uniform energy absorption in the event of a fall and contributes to a controlled impact force.</p> <p class="" data-start="710" data-end="1234">The elastic load arms are of different lengths, which makes slinging on the wire rope smoother. The set is kitted out with two robust, ergonomically shaped carabiners made from aluminum and steel. They can be opened effortlessly by simultaneously pressing the gate and palm safety catch. The catch locks automatically when released and provides reliable protection against unintentional opening.
