The water-repellent upper made from robust single mesh is not only abrasion-resistant, but also particularly durable thanks to the innovative print. The integrated Sock-Shield Gaiter&trade; hugs the foot like a second skin and effectively keeps moisture and dirt out. Inside, the Gore&reg; Flex Construction ensures a breathable and flexible feel so that your feet stay dry even during intense runs.</p> <p>With a midsole made from injected EVA and a stabilizing insert, the shoe offers optimal cushioning and stability on demanding trails. The Ortholite&reg; insole guarantees additional comfort and an ergonomic fit, even on longer distances. The necessary grip is provided by the FriXion&reg; Blue outsole with a whopping 6.5 mm deep lugs that can dig into the snow.
