Description

The Swift 48 Pro Dry 8.9 Climbing Rope from Edelrid is a further development of the already excellent Swift Pro Dry: a high-quality climbing rope that can be used as single, half, and twin rope, one of the thinnest single ropes on the market. Because Edelrid manufactures the Swift 48 Pro Dry on a special braiding machine with 48 bobbins, the rope has an extremely fine sheath structure for great handling and minimal weight.

The Swift 48 Pro Dry is also permanently water and dirt repellent thanks to the Pro Dry finish. The Thermo Shield treatment gives the rope great handling. This makes the Swrift 48 Pro Dry perfect for ambitious climbers who want to use their rope alone or as a twin or half rope. However, it is not so well suited for enduring indoor sessions or working that crux for hours on end.

Thanks to the 3D lapcoiling technique, the rope can simply be pulled out of the packaging and used - no uncoiling is necessary.
