Cash on delivery: This payment method is only available within Germany. The additional fee of 6 EUR is borne by the customer. This fee totalling 6 EUR includes an additional 4 EUR invoice amount (as displayed in the order process) and a 2 EUR transfer fee, to be collected on delivery.
PayPal: PayPal debits the customers account directly.
Immediate transfer: This is the safest and fastest method of payment. This payment method is only available in Germany. The customers account is debited on the same day that the order is placed.
Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa): The customers account is debited when the order is finalized by the customer in the shop. Delivery to Packstation is not possible when paying by credit card. By enabling Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa (3-D Secure), Bergzeit offers extra security while shopping online.
Purchase Order with invoice. Invoice purchases are to be paid on the date specified on the invoice calender date (20 or 30 calendar days after the date of invoice) to our external Partner, Billpay GmbH. The payment on purchase invoice is not available for all offers and requires, among other things, a successful credit check by Billpay GmbH. After the customer has been proofed on his or her credit history for the particular invoice purchase, payment processing is carried out in cooperation with Billpay GmbH, to which we then cede our claim for payment. The customer can in this instance purchase with a discharge of debt in this case simply to Billpay GmbH. We remain responsible for the purchase on invoice via BillPay for general customer inquiries (e.g. goods, delivery, dispatch), Returns, complaints, revocations -sendings or credits are subject to the general terms and conditions of Billpay GmbH.
Bergzeit GmbH reserves the right to exclude the method of payment chosen by the customer in some instances.
For payments from non-EU countries the transfer fees are carried by the customer.

At Bergzeit, you have 30 days in which to return or exchange unused goods.
For returning items please use our: Returns Portal .
If you would like to make an exchange, please do so in our RETURN PORTAL – e.g via a telephone order in our Return Portal form. Reserving a product in exchange for the returned item is not possible. However, the item you wish to purchase will be noted as soon as the exchange product is in process. If you're needing an item in a hurry, we recommend placing a new order in our Shop.
An exchange with a Billpay payment method is not possible.
An exchange is only possible for countries within the EU.
If you`ve made an order via phone you can print your free return label here for Germany and Austria If you fix the return label at the package and bring it to a post office the package will be returned to Bergzeit for free.
If you don`t use our return label we have to charge you fee to the amount of 18 €.
Bergzeit will refund you, using your original payment method. The refund processing time is 3 - 10 working days.
The warranty is subject to statutory provisions. Products are covered with a statutory two year warranty from the time of purchase if fault or defect appears.
No guarantee is provided for damage or defects caused by improper use, operation and storage, negligent or improper care and maintenance, overuse or improper repair by an authorized service partner.
Please return the goods to us with a description of the damage.
Unclean goods are not accepted.
